Setup instructions

1) Place the bench/step width ways on the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Shift the weight to your left leg and step your right foot on the step. Bring the left foot to the platform too & fully stand on the box.

2) Take your left foot back to the floor and then return the right foot to the floor too.

3) Repeat on this side for required reps then switch legs & follow the same pattern.
